NEW VACANCY – REFRIGERATION SERVICE ENGINEER (STRATFORD-UPON-AVON/ COVENTRY)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Refrigeration Service Engineer to join our expanding company with immediate effect, working in and around the Stratford-Upon-Avon area.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with all types of commercial refrigeration. Experience in air-conditioning would also be beneficial. The role involves working within the leisure, hospitality and manufacturing sectors.

You will hold your current 2079 FGas certification. Hydrocarbon training would be beneficial.

Salary negotiable depending on experience.

– Company van, sat nav and tools supplied

– Fuel allowance

– Overtime always available

– Door to door travel pay

– The position involves being on-call, on a standby rota

– Allowance applicable for on-call

NEW VACANCY – ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT (FINANCIAL)

CB Refrigeration Ltd are looking for an Accounts Assistant to be part of our expanding team with immediate effect.

Your duties will include:

– Sales invoice processing

– Raising sales invoices

– Sales invoice reconciliations

– Credit control

– Checking & processing purchase invoices & credit notes

– Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily mail

– Filing & adhoc duties.

Essential criteria:

– At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role

– Motivated and enthusiastic

– Excellent IT skills required including use of Outlook, Excel and other Microsoft Office programmes

– High attention to detail

– Ability to use initiative and work independently

– Polite and professional manner

– Ability to work to deadlines

– Sage 50 Accounts experience

– AAT accountancy qualification desirable.

Working Hours:       Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

NEW VACANCY – MAINTENANCE OPERATIVE

Salary negotiable depending on experience.

We are looking for a Maintenance Operative to join our company with immediate effect to assist with the maintenance of small refrigeration equipment, cellar cooling and air-conditioning systems. 

This position involves working in and around the South Wales and the West area.

Experience in associated trades required.

– Uniform, vehicle, tools and phone provided. 

– Training will be provided. 

– Full clean driving licence required.

– Overtime available

NEW VACANCY – CLIENT SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR

Full time/ Permanent

Salary negotiable

We are recruiting for an administrator role in our busy services team. The role will be a varied mix of customer and client services, administration, order processing, invoices and more.

This is a small team where your input will be vital and flexibility is key. The duties include:

  • Coordination and development of client administration systems and processes
  • To support the business in all functions regarding administration as required, including letters, emails and telephone communication.
  • To deal with service calls from customers and log information on the CB Refrigeration call handling system.
  • To update customer portals.
  • To generate contract renewals and small works quotations.
  • Invoice administration

All training and support will be given.

The position needs someone customer focused, with excellent coordination and organisational skills who can maintain a positive approach in busy and varied work.

Skills Required

  • IT Literate with a good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Experience

  • A minimum of 1 year in a similar role.
  • Dynamic and the ability to work interdependently.

Beneficial Experience (not required)

  • A good understanding of a service-based business.
  • Call logging experience of service calls of a reactive nature.
  • Some basic accounting experience, e.g. processing invoices etc
