    An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join our close-knit engineering team.

     

    The successful candidate will have extensive experience working with all forms of commercial refrigeration.

     

    We will support and mentor you as an engineer to develop your commercial and industrial engineering skills, through both on site and professional training as you require. We will ask you to outline where you wish to go within your career as an engineer, such as to work with natural refrigerants including CO2 and hydrocarbons.     We’re looking for a qualified Industrial Refrigeration Engineer to join the team at CB Refrigeration Ltd and we want to hear from you.

     

    Based in Herefordshire, or surrounding areas, the successful candidate will have experience working with all forms of industrial and commercial refrigeration equipment and systems utilising NH3 and HFC’s.

     

    We will support you to develop your commercial and industrial engineering skills, through both on-site and professional training as you require. We at CB offer a genuine pathway to progression and learning opportunities.

     

    The responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:

    • Deliver service and maintenance work on customer sites to company engineering standards.
    • Commissioning & Project Management assistance with installation projects.
    • Maintain compliance with Health & Safety procedures and legislative compliance in all tasks undertaken.
    • Identify opportunities to improve site safety, plant reliability and operating efficiency.

     

    You will also be added to a strong and well-supported on-call and standby Rota.

    Essential:

    • Full UK driving license
    • F-GAS 2079 card
    • Ammonia handling certification

    We are recruiting for a passionate Client Services Administrator to join our busy services team based in Hengoed, South Wales. The role will be a varied mix of customer and client services, administration, order processing, asset and vehicle administration, invoices and more.

    This is a small team where your input will be vital and flexibility is key. The duties include but will not be limited to:

    · Co-ordination and development of client administration systems and processes.

    · To support the business in all functions regarding administration as required, including letters, emails and telephone communication.

    · To deal with service calls from customers, including several Blue-Chip organisations; and log information on the CB Refrigeration call handling system.

    · Prioritising urgent jobs based on customer or type of issue.

    · Ensure appropriate checks are completed before issuing jobs and during the progress of jobs.

    · Escalate issues as they occur, keeping customer updated regarding delays and any issues.

    · Logging and closing jobs after completion.

    · Updating Internal system accurately and efficiently, noting and adding parts to incidents where necessary.

    · Meeting KPIs and customer service level agreements.

    · To update customer portals.

    · To generate contract renewals and small works quotations.

    · Asset, warehouse and vehicle administration.

    · Invoice administration.

    · To be included in the out of hours on-call team rota for out of hours support.

    The position will be working within a fast pace, energetic working environment, so the ability to remain focused and customer driven throughout is essential. Organisational and communicative skills are key traits the successful applicant will need to possess.     All relevant training will be provided upon start, with a close support network always on hand.

    Skills Required

    · IT Literate with a good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.

    · You must have excellent customer service skills, including strong communication via the telephone and by email.

    · Experience of liaising with customers to gain an understanding of their specific requirements, logging all information accurately.

    Experience

    · Strong data entry experience, being efficient and accurate, and ensuring any administrative deadlines are always met.

    · A minimum of 1 year in a similar role.

    · Dynamic and the ability to work interdependently.

    · Experience and/or knowledge of CRM systems.

    · Ability to plan and organise own workload effectively.

    Beneficial Experience (not required)

    · A good understanding of a service-based business.

    · Call logging experience of service calls of a reactive nature.

    · Basic accounting experience, e.g. processing invoices etc
